Role Description The MongoDB role at Quantum-AI Innovation Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining MongoDB databases to support applications and learning platforms focused on AI, quantum computing, and digital innovation. Day-to-day responsibilities include modeling data structures, writing and optimizing queries, managing performance and scalability, and ensuring data security and backup strategies are in place. The professional in this role will collaborate with developers, data scientists, and instructors to integrate MongoDB solutions into projects, tools, and courseware. Additional tasks may include monitoring database health, troubleshooting issues, documenting standards and best practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization’s technology infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong MongoDB skills, including schema design, query optimization, indexing, and database administration.
• Candidates should possess relevant back-end development skills, such as working with Node.js or similar frameworks, RESTful APIs, and integration of databases with applications.
• Candidates should possess skills in performance tuning, monitoring, backup and recovery, and security configuration for NoSQL databases.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment practices related to MongoDB clusters or managed services.
• Candidates should possess solid understanding of data modeling concepts, JSON/BSON structures, and handling large-scale data workloads.
• Candidates should possess effective problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred; prior experience in educational technology or AI/quantum-related projects is an advantage.
