Knowledge of 2D drawing.
Knowledge of GD&T & its measurement feasibility.
Dimensional measurement feasibility.
Dimensional achievable/not achievable feasibility.
Testing feasibility & costing.
Gauges fixtures feasibility and concept understanding and costing.
Knowledge of 3D software (NX, CAD-bro)
Hands on DFM (design for manufacturing)
Hands on Mold-flow simulation.
Hands on mold/tool concept.
Hands on mold/tool costing.
Good customer communication skills.
Hands on RFQ level documents handling (SCR, QTR, TSD, STFC, Design review, Feasibility, Etc. ..)
Awareness of project milestones.
