Plastic Engineering with good experience is seeking to join and become a contributing member of a team, focused organization and continue to grow skill set.Refining of plastic process & procurement structure installation for new project. Program and BD Team in new product development and coordinating customer requirementIncrease production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining the current quality standards.Reduction in rejection and lumps (scrap).Increase in usage of reprocess/alternate material to save material cost.Establish the moulding process with scientific injection moulding procedure.APreparation of MRM Monthly data.PPAP documents like Process flow, FMEA & control plan.Root cause analysis , Rejection PPM analysis & improvement.
