Role & responsibilities

Mold shop 500T to 2700T – Good knowledge required in injection moulding machines maintenance

Crane—overhead crane

Robots --5 & 6 Axis Robots, Magnetic QMCs, Dryers/Loaders & MTC.

Assembly shop – We have SPM like Ultrasonic Welding, Heat Stacking, Punching Press, Vibration Welding, Laser cutting, Laser scoring & IP Assembly Conveyor etc.

Utility – Transformer, LT panels, Pump house, DG, Chiller, Air Compressor, Dock Leveller & Forklift.

Hence, we require a Diploma Electrical Engineer who can independently handle the above areas and possesses strong hands-on knowledge of the same.

Position Profile: -

Preventive maintenance of moulding machines, Robots, SPM & Utilities.

Trouble shooting of moulding machines, Conveyors, SPM like ultra sonic/vibration welding machines, Heat Stacking machines, punching press, Laser scoring/cutting machines & Utilities.

Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment uptime.

Maintaining minimum stock levels of machine spares to ensure maximum machine availability.
