Mold Maschine Maintenance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform breakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance, and mould maintenance on plastic injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions using problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA).
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in machine maintenance, preferably in the petrochemical/plastics/rubber industry.
• Strong knowledge of breakdown analysis, breakdown maintenance, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
