Role Summary
We are seeking a HOPEX v6 Developer - Level 4 to design, develop, and enhance the Global Enterprise Architecture Repository (GEAR) platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HOPEX customization, integrations, and enterprise application development, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
HOPEX Development & Customization
.Design and implement custom meta-models including:
oMeta classes, attributes, relationships, and object types
.Develop and configure:
oWorkflows, forms, rules, and validations
.Customize:
oHOPEX Web Front-End and repository structures
.Build interactive dashboards and reports using HOPEX tools
.Develop scripts using:
oJavaScript, VBScript, SQL

Advanced Development & Engineering
.Develop and optimize queries using:
oSQL, ERQL, GraphQL
.Build reusable components and automation for efficiency
.Ensure performance optimization and scalability of solutions
.Implement data validation and governance controls

Integration & APIs
.Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems such as:
oServiceNow
oCMDB
oERP systems
.Work with:
oHOPEX APIs / REST APIs
.Handle data mapping, transformation, and synchronization across systems

Release & Quality Management
.Perform:
oUnit testing
oIntegration testing support
.Support deployment, releases, and version control
.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and production issues
.Ensure adherence to development and release standards

Platform Support & Maintenance
.Provide L3 support for application issues
.Troubleshoot performance and configuration issues
.Maintain and update technical documentation and runbooks
.Support minor enhancements and bug fixes post-deployment

Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
.Strong hands-on experience with:
oHOPEX Development (Meta-modeling, workflows, reporting)
oSQL, ERQL, GraphQL
oJavaScript / VBScript
.Experience with:
oREST APIs and integrations
oEnterprise system integrations (ServiceNow, CMDB, etc.)
.Good understanding of:
oEnterprise Architecture concepts (TOGAF preferred)
