Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and deployment tools.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or enterprise digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
