MODULE LEAD - Salesforce Data Cloud

Responsibilities

• Experience: 4-7 Years
• Developer of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Personalization solutions.
• Own end-to-end architecture covering customer data, segmentation, and multi-channel engagement.
• Drive real-time personalization use cases using Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio).
• Design and build integrations with CRM, web/mobile apps, and external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Develop and oversee solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and Journey Builder / Automation Studio.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Data Cloud, Personalization Marketing Cloud.
• Act as technical lead, guiding team, reviewing design/code, and ensuring best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure performance, governance, and data quality across all implementations.
• Good to have skills: Knowledge to implement and manage Salesforce Data Cloud (data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profiles, audience).
