Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Module Lead with a strong background in Node.js and React to lead our development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality software solutions. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, and the candidate should be eager to learn and contribute to Salesforce-related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead  software development from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize Node.js and React to develop and maintain web applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, particularly in Node.js, React, and Salesforce.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js is a deal breaker.
• Extensive experience with React for building user interfaces.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Salesforce and its ecosystem.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of database management systems and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in software development and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.
