Provide Tier-2 technical support for data ingestion pipelines, including setup and troubleshooting of data connections (SFTP, S3, remote agents) and managing schema changes. Monitor and resolve data pipeline and connectivity issues, support cloud-based deployments, and ensure reliable data delivery to downstream systems. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to investigate complex data issues, improve ingestion processes, and maintain data integrity and system performance in a healthcare data environment.
