MODULE LEAD - Business Analysis

Candidate must have overall 8 to 10 years expereince.4 + years of strong experience in Opportunity to Cash modules involving NetSuite, Salesforce and ServiceNow SaaS Platforms

Understands the AS-IS system involving ERP and CRM : High-level use cases/features, Process flow, challenges.

• Understands the to-be system features and come out with the Product Backlog and features
• Gather requirements, Analyze and Create a detailed BRD
• Convert and document the business requirements into system requirements and create user journey, process flows, use cases / user stories
• Excellent communication skills and client facing skills to work independently.
• Shift schedule until 1PM EST (Mandatory)
