MODULE LEAD - Accounts Payable

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable invoices through the Concur system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Review and verify invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoices, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Continuously improve AP processes and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall efficiency of the accounts payable function.

Mandatory Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proficient in using Concur for invoice processing.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
