Job Summary :

The role is responsible for reviewing KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure all metrics remain within accepted thresholds. The incumbent will drive continuous performance improvement while ensuring backlog and past-due percentages are maintained within defined SLAs. The role also focuses on achieving productivity and quality goals through a resolution-driven approach.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

• Review KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure all metrics are within accepted standards
• Drive continuous performance and grade improvement across the team
• Ensure backlog and past-due percentages are maintained within defined SLAs
• Ensure the team consistently meets productivity and quality goals
• Promote a resolution-based working approach and ensure adherence to the DDIE model
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and identify, implement, and track improvement opportunities
• Mentor and coach team members as required
• Coordinate with the Quality team to identify gaps and mitigate issues by providing regular feedback to the team
• Act as a problem solver for the team, identify opportunities within the DDIE model, and manage team absenteeism

Job Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with strong expertise in AR Calling with 2 years experience in People Management role in physcian billing
• Gradaution Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with both Federal and Commercial insurances in a provider setup
• Strong knowledge of billing scrubbers, clearinghouse (CH) and payer rejections, and end-to-end RCM processes
• Good understanding of major AR scenarios and experience working with multiple payers (added advantage)
• Excellent communication and strong analytical skills
• Strong multitasking ability, capable of taking active call notes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Require proper exit from previous organisations, No abscondings/termination cases can be considered.
