Summary:

As a Modernization Engineer, a typical day involves designing and validating innovative hosting solutions that are both agile and cost-efficient. The role focuses on creating scalable and high-performance environments tailored to support contemporary corporate and digital applications. This includes working with a blend of private and public cloud technologies to transform and migrate legacy infrastructure, enabling the organization to achieve advanced business objectives and future-ready operations. The position requires continuous collaboration and adaptation to evolving technology landscapes to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in hosting infrastructure to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align modernization strategies with organizational goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies related to hosting solutions.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure transformation and migration methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable hosting environments that support digital applications.
• Familiarity with both private and public cloud ecosystems and their integration.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing legacy infrastructure for modern business needs.
