Experience: 2-10 Years (FMCG Mandatory)

Salary: Rs. 30,000 - 60,000 + Incentives + TA/DA

Role Summary:

We are hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Modern Trade Chennai who will be completely responsible for both Sales and BTL Activities. This person will own the entire Go-To-Market execution - from Modern Trade sales to Expo stall design, apartment activities & in-shop promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Modern Trade Sales:

- Own Chennai MT sales for all 5 products (Ghee, Butter, Milk Whitener, Saffron, Jaggery)

- Handle Key Accounts: Reliance, DMart, Lulu, Nilgiris, SPAR, More, etc.

- Ensure availability of Ghee/Butter in shelf & chiller, manage stock & expiry.

- Lead team of Sales Officers & Promoters.

2. BTL Activities / Go-To-Market (GTM) Activations - Complete Ownership:

- Expo & Trade Fairs: From scratch to end - Handle stall design coordination, vendor finalization, stall fabrication, branding, product display setup, pricing board & sales execution.

- Apartment & Society Activities: Plan weekly apartment campaigns, get association permissions, arrange stall/table, sampling kit, and drive on-spot sales.

- In-Shop Activities: Execute wet sampling & cooking demos (Ghee Dosa, Whitener Tea), handle promoter briefing, POSM placement.

- Event Coordination: Coordinate with graphic designer for stall design, banners, standees, danglers. Coordinate with fabrication vendor for stall production & installation.

- End-to-End Responsibility: Design brief to final execution, budget, billing, ROI report with photos/videos.

Candidate Must Have:

- 2-10 Years in FMCG Modern Trade + BTL / Activations Experience is MUST.

- Must have handled Expo stall design & execution before.

- Strong contacts with Stall Fabrication Vendors, Designers & Apartment Associations in Chennai.

- Ready to work on weekends for Expos & Apartment Events.

- Own Bike & Good Communication Skills.

Salary: 30k-60k + High Incentives for Expo/Apartment Sales + PF/ESI
