Modern Trade Executive

Key Responsibilities.

• National & Regional key accounts Management & Business Development.
• Drive new product listing (NPD) across the region.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue target.
• Ensure availability of the planned portfolio in respective national & regional chains.
• Prepare & present weekly/monthly business review.
• Work closely with MT distributers/stockiest. And maintain minimum 15-20 days of stocks.
• Order collection, amendments and appointment as per weekly/daily plan of key accounts.
• Manage and drive performance of in-store promoters, ensuring achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high execution standards.
• Adhere to the PJP and beat plan to ensure timely order collection, while effectively coordinating with third-party teams including promoters and merchandisers for accurate reporting and execution.

Education Qualification & Experience Required

• MBA from a Premier recognized institute with at least 5-8 years of experience managing Modern Trade and business at a national or regional level.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, JBPs, and category expansion within Modern Trade.
• Experience handling Regional chain accounts.

Key Skills and Attitude Required

• Should have D-Mart and other regional chain handling work experience (mandatory).
• 5-8 Years experience in FMCG industry with focus on modern trade channels.
• Strong understanding of modern retail landscape, including store operation, category management and execution.
• Proven track records in managing key account or similar roles: ability to develop strong relationships with all regional buyers at all level.
