Modern Trade Account Specialist

Location: Mumbai RO

Role Purpose:
The Modern Trade Account Specialist is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and account managers to deliver excellent customer service and business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Modern Trade customers for operational and order-related matters.
Manage end-to-end order processing, tracking, and fulfillment to ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, finance, and customer teams to resolve order, stock, and service-related issues.
Partner with Account Managers to support joint business plans, promotions, product launches, and customer requirements.
Monitor order status, inventory availability, and service levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
Facilitate smooth communication between customers, distributors, and internal functions.
Track and resolve customer claims, deductions, and invoice-related queries.
Prepare and maintain reports on orders, sales performance, service levels, and account health.
Support customer reviews, business meetings, and performance tracking initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement in customer service, order management, and operational efficiency.
