What we are looking for Role: Mobius Administrator

Experience Range: 5 to 12 Years Location: Pan India

Must Have: Primary Skill set · Experience performing operational integrity checks, reconciliations, or balance validations. · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying discrepancies. · Ability to work independently and take full ownership of repetitive, accuracy‑critical tasks. Secondary skill set · Prior experience working with

Rocket Software tools (Mobius or others). · Exposure to automation concepts or workflow streamlining in ops environments. · Background in quality control, audit, operations support, or data integrity functions.

Good to Have: · Execute

daily/weekly/monthly balance checks using data sourced from

Mobius and an additional tool. · Understand current manual processes (primarily documented through physical records and paperwork). · Work with the existing team to

absorb process knowledge during transition. · Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks associated with manual tasks. · Support the team in

creating proper documentation for end‑to‑end AQC procedures. · Leverage Mobius’s

auto‑balancing capabilities and contribute to automation initiatives envisioned by the customer. · Ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness of all performed checks. · Provide offshore operational support with clear and timely communication to onsite teams. · Participate in knowledge transfer (KT) through a

1‑month onsite transition , if required, and continue ownership from offshore post‑transition.

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
