About the Role
GTT Foundation is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Mobilizer to support skill development and employability training programs through community outreach and student enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
• Mobilize and enroll eligible candidates for training programs.
• Conduct field visits and connect with colleges, NGOs, and local communities.
• Build networks with community leaders and institutional partners.
• Achieve monthly mobilization and enrollment targets.
• Maintain student documentation, MIS reports, and data in TJM software.
• Collect candidate testimonials and coordinate with the program team.
Requirements
• Qualification in Social Work (BSW/MSW) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in mobilization, outreach, or field operations.
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to undertake field visits.
