What would you do? OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB Deliver in a Supporting Role for – 1. Enable People: Project Staffing & Staff On boarding2. Unit Operations: Production Readiness & Operations Reporting3. Technology & Work Environment Readiness: Coordinate with TWE Leads on Desktops/PCs, Laptops, Work space, printers etc.4. Client Visits5. Assist in the knowledge transfer process6. Assist in the Capacity planning processThis role will support solutions across capabilities; largely Compliance as a Service (Know Your Customer, Anto Money Laundering), Finance and Accounting (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A) and potentially Procurement and Supply chain. They are not expected to be the expert across all the offerings. Knowledge of 1 or more domains is expected. They are expected to be able to work with SMEs to build solution across offerings.Establish & operate PMO processes in an Accenture engagement context. Apply traditional or Agile / Scaled Agile practices to support the underlying program, project or portfolio.

• Support the team to successfully show case Accenture capabilities to Clients
• RFI / RFP responses5. Assist the Knowledge transfer Lead in the KT process6. Assist in the Capacity Planning Process 7.Assist in Operational Excellence process documentationAssist in Transition: - ‘Pulling’ transitions in to India with end-to-end responsibility of specific process/ country/ business unit- Ensuring delivery centre readiness for new deals by program managing the recruiting, workplace set-up, IT deployment, BCP, service management setup etcClient Relationship Management and Development 4Decision making 4Analytical Thinking 4Multi tasking & Time Management 4Result Oriented 4Innovative 4Excellent communication skills 6 Roles and Responsibilities:
