Summary:
As a Mobilization Representative, a typical day involves supporting the planning of solution architecture and overseeing service transition activities to initiate managed services engagements. The role requires close monitoring of issue identification and resolution processes to ensure smooth delivery of managed service projects. This position demands active coordination with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless transitions and maintain service quality throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align service transition objectives with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of service transition processes.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity in service delivery expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Service Transition.
- Strong knowledge of service management frameworks and best practices related to service transition.
- Experience in tracking and resolving issues during service transition phases to ensure minimal disruption.
- Ability to analyze and interpret solution architecture plans to support managed service engagements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across diverse teams.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a dynamic service delivery environment.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Service Transition.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
