Mobility - Manager

Role: Supply Manager ? B2B

? Develop and maintain a strong network of fleet vendors and Driver-Cum-Owners (DCOs).

? Ensure adequate vehicle availability to meet daily and future client demands.

? Recruit and onboard new vendors and drivers as per business requirements.

? Negotiate commercial terms and vehicle rates with vendors.

? Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle retention, and supply productivity.

? Conduct driver onboarding, induction, and periodic training.

? Coordinate with Operations teams for smooth vehicle deployment and issue resolution.

? Prepare supply plans for new client launches and business expansions.

? Manage vendor performance through regular reviews and corrective actions.

? Support client ramp-ups by ensuring timely fleet deployment.

? Monitor key supply metrics and implement improvement initiatives.

? Resolve vendor escalations and maintain strong business relationships.

? Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams for smooth execution.

? Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and client SLAs.
