Role Description The Mobile Repair Engineer (L2, L3, L4) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves diagnosing hardware and software issues in mobile devices, performing component-level repairs, and conducting systematic troubleshooting to restore full functionality. Responsibilities include executing soldering and rework on circuit boards, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring quality standards for refurbished devices. The Mobile Repair Engineer will document repair activities, collaborate with team members to optimize repair processes, and support continuous improvement in turnaround time and device performance.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Electronics Repair and Maintenance & Repair skills for mobile devices and related components.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues.
• Candidates should possess proficient Soldering skills for component-level repair on PCBs and fine-pitch assemblies.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members, reporting issues, and documenting work.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in electronics, telecommunications, or a similar field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in mobile repair at L2/L3/L4 levels, including refurbishment processes, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to follow safety standards, quality control procedures, and maintain accurate repair records.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn new repair techniques and tools.
