Mobile Quality Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on mobile handsets to ensure functionality and performance standards.
• Carry out minor repairs and troubleshooting of mobile devices as required.
• Use in-house software to record and grade mobile handsets based on condition and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and grading results.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely processing of devices.

Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in quality checking or repairing mobile handsets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Candidates with similar work experience will be preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong technical aptitude.
