InstaVision Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer specializing in Mobile Application Testing to ensure the quality and performance of our Android & iOS applications. Having experience with API testing using Postman or Swagger. You will play a critical role in delivering seamless user experiences by identifying bugs, validating features, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end manual testing of mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms
- Create, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar
- Conduct Functional, Regression, Network, Compatibility, UX, Usability, and Exploratory testing
- Validate UI/UX consistency across different devices, OS versions, and screen sizes
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issues
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA reviews
- Ensure product quality before releases by performing pre-release validations
- 2–4 years of experience in Manual QA with mobile application testing
- Strong experience testing on Android and iOS devices
- Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman is a plus)
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodologies
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good to Have
- Basic understanding of mobile automation tools (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
