Senior Flutter Developer (Tech Lead – Mobile) | iOS & Android

Walk-In Interview | HSR Layout, Bengaluru About the Role We're hiring a Senior Flutter Developer to own the technical direction of our mobile apps. This is an 80% hands-on / 20% technical leadership role (task allocation and architecture ownership — not people management) for someone who wants to set the standard, not just follow it.

What You'll Do

• Own architecture decisions for our Flutter apps (single codebase, iOS + Android)
• Lead end-to-end development of complex, production-grade features
• Design scalable state management (Bloc/Cubit, Riverpod, or Provider)
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, animated, responsive UI
• Handle the full mobile stack: lifecycle, navigation, push notifications, deep linking, permissions, background tasks, offline behavior, security
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs with offline-first data persistence
• Write native platform code via Method Channels when needed
• Profile and optimize performance (jank, build methods, memory)
• Own release management end-to-end — App Store & Google Play
• Raise the bar through code reviews and technical mentorship (no formal reports)

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years shipping production mobile apps, strong demonstrable Flutter/Dart expertise
• Expert-level command of Bloc or Riverpod (preferred)
• Solid grasp of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns
• Comfortable writing unit, widget, and integration tests
• Native Swift/Kotlin exposure is a strong plus
• Hands-on with Git, Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM), and Hive/SQLite
