Mobile Engineer

bout the Role We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. You will own the technical direction of mobile solutions, build scalable architectures, mentor developers, and ensure best practices across the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications for Android and iOS from a single codebase.
• Define application architecture and establish technical standards and best practices.
• Build scalable, maintainable applications using Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and modern state management solutions (Bloc/Cubit, Riverpod, or Provider).
• Convert Figma or Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, Firebase services, and local databases.
• Implement core mobile capabilities including authentication, push notifications, deep linking, offline storage, background processing, and app security.
• Develop platform-specific functionality using Flutter Method Channels when required.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and overall user experience.
• Manage application releases, deployments, and updates on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and drive engineering best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart development.
• Strong experience building and deploying production-grade mobile applications.
• Expertise in Flutter state management frameworks such as Bloc/Cubit or Riverpod.
• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and software design patterns.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging).
• Experience with local databases such as Hive or SQLite.
• Strong knowledge of Git and mobile application lifecycle management.
• Experience writing Unit, Widget, and Integration tests.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience with native Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) development.
• Experience working with Flutter Method Channels.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile application deployment. What We're Looking For
