Mobile Engineer - Hardcore

Responsibilities:

• Build and Ship: Architect, build, and deploy production-grade iOS and Android features using React Native + TypeScript from scratch to store release.
• Pipeline Ownership: Own the full release lifecycle using Expo + EAS, managing App Store/Play Store submissions, provisioning, and CI/CD.
• Craftsmanship: Turn complex Figma designs into ultra-fast, polished components with fluid animations, backed by clean API integrations and rock-solid performance.
• Systems Thinking: Scale mobile infrastructure to handle heavy data flows, offline sync, and real-time enterprise AI features seamlessly.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hardcore mobile engineering experience (Android/iOS foundation, ideally within high-growth, high-intensity startups).
• Outlier Agency: High-integrity work ethic, extreme initiative, and zero need for handholding.
• Performance Obsession: Track record of shipping silky-smooth, high-performance apps with complex UI, animations, and tight memory management.
• Release Mastery: Deep comfort with Figma-to-code workflows and navigating the entire release cycle from local IDE to live store deployments.
• Quality Mindset: Hands-on experience with unit testing, end-to-end QA pipelines, and production monitoring.
