Mobile Application Developer

🚀 Flutter Application Developer (Full-Time | In-Office) 📍 HSR Layout, Bangalore 💰 CTC: 10-12LPA 🕒 Full-time | In-office We are an early-stage Consumer AI startup building something ambitious and we need a Flutter developer who can own the product end-to-end. If you love turning ideas into polished, high-performance apps and enjoy working across the full stack, this role is for you. You'll be the primary engineer responsible for building and shipping our mobile app from scratch — frontend, backend, integrations, and everything in between. What You'll Do • Design, build, and maintain a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter (iOS & Android). • Develop and manage the backend infrastructure — APIs, databases, authentication, and server-side logic. • Own the full product lifecycle: from wireframe to deployment and post-launch iterations. • Integrate third-party services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud platforms (Firebase, AWS, GCP, or similar). • Implement clean, scalable state management solutions (Riverpod, Bloc, Provider, etc.). • Collaborate closely with the founding team to translate product requirements into technical implementations. • Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices and OS versions. • Write well-structured, maintainable code and conduct code reviews where applicable. • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments. • Proactively identify technical bottlenecks and propose solutions. What We're Looking For • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart. • Proven ability to build and manage backend systems — Node.js, Python, Go, or similar. • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase Firestore, etc.). • Solid understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and third-party integrations. • Familiarity with cloud platforms — Firebase, AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows. • Ability to work independently, take full ownership, and ship fast. • Strong problem-solving mindset with an eye for great UX. • Prior experience building and launching production-grade mobile apps is a strong plus. • Familiarity with app store submission processes (Play Store & App Store) is a bonus.
