Role & responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10+ engineers in end-to-end application development.
- Design and develop web/mobile applications using React.js and React Native.
- Manage Agile/Scrum processes, project planning, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on application architecture and integrations.
- Develop reusable UI components and RESTful API integrations.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, functional testing, and code quality checks.
- Mentor developers and ensure performance, scalability, and timely delivery.
