MNC Looking for Freshers (2026 passedout graduates)

Location: Chennai ( Sholinganallur)
Take-Home Salary: Approximately 16,500 per month + PF,ESI & Insurance.

Shift Timings

Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts:

• 4:00 PM 1:30 AM
• 6:00 PM 3:30 AM
• 5 Days working (SAT & SUN Weekoff)

TWO way Cab available (Free)

Work Model

• Initial 3 months: Work From Office (Training period)
• Post training: Hybrid work model

Job Responsibilities

• Handle backend operations and non-voice processes.
• Review, verify, and process data/information accurately.
• Perform health care bill entry and update records in internal systems.
• Analyze customer requests and complete assigned tasks within SLA.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
• Follow process guidelines and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Good written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
• Willing to work from the Chennai office during the initial training period.
