Role & responsibilities

Service Scheduling & Operations

• Schedule and coordinate home visits for nurses, physiotherapists, caregivers, phlebotomists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Allocate resources efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor daily visit schedules and ensure completion of assigned services.
• Coordinate emergency or urgent home care requests as required.

Documentation & Records

• Maintain accurate patient records, service logs, visit reports, and billing documentation.
• Ensure all home care records comply with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with consultants, nursing departments, rehabilitation teams, and other clinical departments regarding patient care plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and service partners when required.
• Address patient concerns and escalate issues appropriately for resolution.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to hospital quality standards, infection control protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
• Monitor service quality through patient feedback and follow-up calls.
• Support quality improvement initiatives within the home care department.

Billing & Administrative Support

• Coordinate service quotations and billing processes.
• Verify completed services for accurate billing and payment collection.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and equipment records used for home care services.
