Job Summary

Owns the model lifecycle strategy underpinning the agent ecosystem: model selection, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment automation, and cost/performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own model selection and fine-tuning strategy across the agent portfolio, balancing quality, cost, and latency.
• Design and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for training, evaluation, versioning, and rollback of models.
• Establish production monitoring for model drift, degradation, and safety metrics.
• Partner with Agentic Engineers and Prompt Engineers to diagnose whether issues are model-level or prompt/orchestration-level.
• Lead capacity planning and cost-optimization initiatives for model inference at scale.
• Mentor Associate-level engineers and set MLOps best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in ML engineering/MLOps,.
• Strong expertise in model training frameworks, distributed training/inference, and evaluation methodology.
• Experience with production ML infrastructure (Kubernetes, model-serving frameworks, feature/vector stores).
• Track record of optimizing model cost/latency/quality trade-offs at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning and reinforcement-learning-based alignment techniques.
• Including production fine-tuning and deployment of LLMs
• Experience in a regulated industry with model-risk-management requirements.
