Your Prospects We thrive to transform traditional managed operations into a data-driven, proactive, and self-improving service model and you design, implement, and operate machine learning and AI-driven operations capabilities by building intelligent automation, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, alert correlation, incident prediction and management, capacity forecasting, and continuous model improvement using data from the managed services environment. Key Deliverables Architecture Design & Implementation – Lead the design and implement AIOps architecture, build data pipelines and develop intelligent alert correlation and event noise reduction mechanisms including predictive models. MLOps pipelines - Architect, implement, and manage scalable and robust MLOps pipelines for machine learning lifecycle, including model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining. Implement model versioning, experiment tracking, model registry, and model governance using tools such as MLflow or equivalent platforms. Build reusable ML pipelines for AIOps use cases and ensure models are continuously monitored for performance, drift, accuracy, and operational relevance. Focus on architecture, automation, and systems integration that meet both operational and business requirements. Automation - Identify high-impact automation opportunities in incident management, change management, capacity management, and service assurance and develop and implement efficient automation workflows to streamline IT operations. Introduce Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles and operationalize AIOps use cases with robust version control and CI/CD practices. Governance and Compliance - Ensure AI/ML solutions follow company security, compliance, and data protection requirements and set access controls, data retention rules, audit trails, and model governance standards. Support internal and customer audits related to AI-driven operations, data management, and automation controls. Collaboration - Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate machine learning solutions into broader software products and platforms. Develop automated monitoring and alerting mechanisms for model performance and data drift. Foster DevSecOps practices embedding security at every stage of the ML and software lifecycle. Act as an active interface and connection between Operations and Development Teams. Technical Mentorship: Mentor and provide expert technical guidance to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Set up internal knowledge-sharing formats such as "Knowledge Sharing Sessions", brown bags, or internal training paths. Act as a reviewer for infrastructure code and ML pipeline design. Support talent development by identifying skill gaps and aligning with mispa HR. Qualifications & Skills

• At least 5 years of successful work experience in AIOps and MLOps as Architect within a complex, internationally active organizations and totally more than 12 years of software engineering experience within Predictive Analytics, Data Design, AI/ML areas.
• Deep expertise in Linux OS, and different scripting and programming languages and automation tools like Python, GO, Terraform, Ansible, Bash, shell, PowerShell, and other automation tools to manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Good understanding of ML frameworks and workflows such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn and MLflows.
• Ability to work with infrastructure, network, firewall, cloud, SOC, and service management teams and good knowledge of ITIL processes, especially incident, problem, change, event, and capacity management.
• You demonstrated experience in automating operation of security and infrastructure components, have sound knowledge of infrastructure and performance monitoring systems and the integration to automation platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering and profound knowledge in infrastructure and security architecture.
• Experience with big data technologies, understanding of compliance frameworks and security standards applicable to ML systems.
