Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ML Operations Lead to manage traditional machine learning models in production, lead a team of ML Operations Engineers, and ensure model performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on classical MLOps, not LLMs or Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the ML Operations team.
• Manage model deployment, monitoring, retraining, validation, and rollback.
• Implement drift detection for data, features, and model performance.
• Manage ML CI/CD pipelines, model registries, versioning, and lineage.
• Apply champion-challenger testing and backtesting before production releases.
• Monitor model performance using AUC, precision, recall, and related metrics.
• Support customer churn prediction, fraud detection, revenue assurance, and network forecasting models.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering, business stakeholders, and Singapore-based leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ML, MLOps, or Data Science Engineering.
• Hands-on experience operating traditional ML models in production.
• Experience in drift monitoring, retraining pipelines, and model validation.
• Telecom domain experience is preferred.
