ML Engineer

Requirements:

• 8+ years building ML systems; 1-3+ years managing engineers or leading a team.
• Hands-on experience across the full ML lifecycle: data, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong Python and ML framework skills (MLflow/PyTorch/TensorFlow); comfortable in cloud ML environments.
• A track record of shipping ML to production, not just experimenting.
• Clear communicator who can lead people and still ship code.
