Microsoft Fabric Solution Architect (15+ Years)

Role Summary

Seeking a senior Microsoft Fabric Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Cloud, and AI. The candidate should be a trusted customer advisor capable of driving end-to-end Data & AI transformation programs leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, and Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead enterprise-scale Data & AI solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Databricks.
• Drive customer discovery workshops, architecture assessments, solution envisioning, and transformation roadmaps.
• Design modern Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics, Data Integration, and AI-driven platforms.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture encompassing data management, governance, quality, security, scalability, and compliance.
• Lead adoption of Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, Copilot, and Azure AI technologies for business transformation.
• Partner with CXOs, business stakeholders, and technology teams to translate business objectives into scalable solutions.
• Support strategic pursuits, pre-sales engagements, executive presentations, RFP responses, and solution reviews.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams while driving architectural best practices and innovation.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Data Factory, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics, Semantic Models, Power BI).
• Strong experience in Azure Data & AI Services, Azure Databricks, Spark/PySpark, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven experience designing enterprise Data & AI platforms and modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, master data management, security, compliance, and enterprise data management frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, RAG, Agentic AI, Copilot technologies, and enterprise AI architectures.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with customers, enterprise architects, and executive leadership teams.

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
• Azure Data Engineer Associate
• Azure AI Engineer Associate
• Databricks Professional Certification
