Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 15 MIS executives.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and dashboard maintenance.
• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track performance and resolve data issues.
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to reporting standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in MIS/Reporting, preferably in Banking/NBFC.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).
• Good analytical, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience handling a team of 15+ members preferred. (MUST)
