Sr. Officer / Asst. Manager MIS

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and responsible MIS & Data Analyst to manage and support the Quality function through accurate and timely data reporting.

The role will have end-to-end ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly Quality MIS, including data collection, validation, error identification and correction, analysis, report preparation, and presentation of key findings to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Quality MIS as per defined reporting schedules.

- Consolidate data from various sources and perform detailed validation and reconciliation before report submission.

- Identify, investigate, and correct data errors and discrepancies in coordination with concerned teams.

- Analyze Quality performance data and highlight key trends, deviations, gaps, and areas of concern.

- Prepare management reports and PowerPoint presentations based on the analysis.

- Present Quality performance and key insights to management and senior stakeholders.

- Provide supporting data and analysis for management queries and review meetings.

- Maintain MIS records and ensure proper control of reporting data and documents.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

- Strong MS PowerPoint and presentation skills.

- Strong data analysis and interpretation capability.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting to management.

- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Graduate.

- Certification in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is mandatory.

- 48 years of relevant experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or a similar role.

- 100% accurate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Quality MIS.

- Timely identification, investigation, and correction of data errors.

- Timely and professional management reports and presentations.

- Effective communication of Quality performance, trends, deviations, and key insights to management.

- Continuous improvement in MIS accuracy and reporting processes.
