MIS specialist / Senior Manager

- Prepare and analyze monthly MIS Reports and Quarterly & Annual financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Ensure financial reports comply with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and SEBI requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budget reports.
- Support the monthly and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Perform variance analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable insights for management.
- Assist with external audits / Internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as needed.
- Maintain financial reporting systems and ensure data integrity, accuracy.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for management, board meetings, and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and improvement of financial reporting processes and controls.
- Preparation & Monitoring of Annual Budget.
