CSR / NGO MIS Specialist

Data Management:

• Creating and maintaining all MIS/Database of the foundation. Periodic presentation of the same to the senior management & leadership
• Generate and maintain list of all data and information w.r.t skill eco-system in the country
• Design and deploy data collection tools (of-line and on-line) for efficient data collection and collation. Analyse data and generate inferences for decision making

Coordination: Coordinate with all required departments Administration, Finance, Procurement; to facilitate all operations related activities of the vertical

Contracts/Agreements:

• Prepare agreements/MoU in consultation with the technical team
• Facilitate the entire process of contracting to payments to closure

Grant/Fund Management:

• Conduct due-diligence of partner organizations
• Maintaining project wise data of budget versus actual expenditure.
• Check submitted Utilization Certificate by partner organization and facilitate processing of fund release
• Vendor management, procurement
• Maintain all database related to project finance/grant

Reporting: Preparing weekly MIS/Dashboards for physical and financial status of projects

Review meetings: Organizing periodic review meetings at project levels and organization level

Quarterly and annual planning: Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual plan of the organization

Events: Organizing of events such as team meetings, camps etc.
