Responsibilities
- MIS Reporting Business Performance Monitoring
- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Track key business metrics including Sales Revenue, Gross Margin, Profitability, Collections, Inventory.
- Monitor product-wise, customer-wise, Division-wise, helix-wise business performance.
- Generate monthly business reviews and performance summaries for leadership.
- Data Collection Validation
- Collect and consolidate data from SAP system, sales teams, finance, supply chain, and other departments.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies, duplicate records, and inaccurate entries.
- Maintain data integrity and reporting standards.
- Sales Distribution Analytics
- Analyze sales trends, customer performance, product movement, and market opportunities.
- Track achievement against budgets, targets, and forecasts.
- Support management with profitability analysis and business decision-making.
- Collection Financial Analytics
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and collection performance
- Analyze debtor aging reports and working capital metrics.
- Support finance teams with profitability and margin analysis.
