Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management & Reporting

• Gather data from various departments and convert it into readable formats.
• Create, manage, analyze, and debug IT or reporting systems.
• Prepare dashboards, monthly reports (sales, inventory, market share), and visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

2. System Administration

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of information systems.
• Monitor and update software, networks, and databases.
• Conduct system audits and ensure uptime and performance.

3. Technical Support

• Provide troubleshooting and user support for MIS tools and systems.
• Train staff on system usage and best practices.

4. Analysis & Decision Support

• Analyze data to support business strategy and operational improvements.
• Interpret specifications and create IT or reporting solutions within budget constraints.
• Present insights to management in clear, actionable formats.

5. Project & Process Management

• Lead MIS-related projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Improve processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong Excel skills (including macros), data cleaning, and largedata handling.
• Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, ERP systems, and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of network infrastructure and system security.

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking, problemsolving, and clear communication.
• Ability to work crossfunctionally and manage multiple tasks.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience requirements vary: entrylevel to 5+ years depending on role.
