Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIS Officer / Executive responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing MIS reports, tracking operational performance, and providing timely information to management for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Update and manage Excel sheets, trackers, and operational databases.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various teams.
• Follow up with teams for missing data and working-status updates.
• Identify and rectify data discrepancies and errors.
• Maintain historical records and backups.
• Share accurate and timely reports with management and stakeholders.
• Provide basic analysis of operational and performance data.

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, etc.
• Basic knowledge of SAP / ERP.
• Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., or related field.
• 5 7 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or operations.
• Excel certification/computer course preferred.
