Mis Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS Reporting & Data Analysis

• Extract, consolidate, analyse, and publish periodic business reports using SAP and Botree.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and other periodic MIS reports as required by the business.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
• Analyse historical and current business data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate actionable insights to support short-term operational requirements and long-term business objectives.

2. Sales & Distribution Support

• Provide analytical and reporting support to the Sales & Distribution (S&D) team.
• Analyse sales and distribution data to identify productivity gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving C2S performance through data-driven analysis.
• Track relevant business performance indicators and provide reports to support operational decision-making.
• Utilise SAP, Botree, and historical business data to identify trends and support sales performance improvement.

3. Process Automation & System Development

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting and data management activities.
• Support the development and enhancement of SAP and Botree reporting processes.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve reporting efficiency and system functionality.
• Streamline data extraction, consolidation, and reporting workflows.
• Ensure automated reports deliver accurate, consistent, and timely information.

4. Performance Monitoring & Business Support

• Monitor key business performance indicators and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Assist stakeholders in tracking business objectives and identifying deviations from expected performance.
• Provide data-backed insights to facilitate operational planning and decision-making.
• Support the implementation of process improvements based on reporting and analytical findings.

5. Training & Team Development

• Participate in relevant training programmes to enhance functional and technical capabilities.
• Complete assigned training requirements within the stipulated timelines.
• Support knowledge sharing and adherence to standard reporting procedures.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, operational efficiency, and performance improvement.
