Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced MIS Lead with 13+ years of experience in MIS, Management Reporting, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Business Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MIS and management reporting for business/project operations.
• Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards, financial and operational reports.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
• Analyse costs, profitability, working capital, and business performance.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Operations, and other functions.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of MIS reports.
• Drive process improvements and reporting standardisation.

Candidate Profile

• CA qualified with 13+ years of relevant experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
• Preferred industries: Metals & Mining, Iron & Steel, Petrochemicals, Heavy Engineering, Oil & Gas, Chemicals.
• Strong Excel, MIS, reporting, analytical, and financial skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria.
• 100% on-site role.
