MIS Intern

Responsibilities

• Data Aggregation & Cleaning: Collect, compile, and validate daily operational, sales, inventory, and financial data from multiple departments and ERP/CRM systems.
• Clean, standardize, and reconcile raw datasets to eliminate duplicates, errors, and missing entries.
• MIS Reporting & Dashboard Maintenance: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS summary reports (Sales Performance, Stock & Inventory Movement, Accounts Receivables, Production/Operations output).
• Assist in maintaining and updating automated Excel/Google Sheets dashboards, tracker files, and summary templates.
• Highlight variances, key trends, and operational bottlenecks to supervisors through structured data tables and charts.
• Cross-Departmental Data Coordination: Coordinate with field sales, storekeepers, accounts, and project teams to ensure on-time submission of daily logs and activity trackers.
• Assist internal teams with ad-hoc data extraction, customized spreadsheet formulas, and summary requests.
• Audit data entry accuracy across line departments to maintain high data integrity.
