MIS Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and stakeholders
  
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy
  
• Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and performance reports
  
• Analyze data trends and highlight key insights, deviations, and risks
  
• Coordinate with operations, sales, finance, and product teams for data requirements
  
• Ensure timely dissemination of reports to relevant stakeholders
  
• Maintain proper documentation of reports, formats, and data sources
  
• Support ad-hoc data requests and management presentations
  
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal controls
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
  
• 13 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis
  
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
  
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet strict deadlines
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
  

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in BFSI / fintech / NBFC environment
  
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
  
• Understanding of operational or financial metrics
