MIS Head

An MIS Head / Manager for a DDU-GKY project manages the entire digital database, standard operating procedures (SOP) compliance, and reporting frameworks for candidate tracking from mobilization to post-placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Centralized MIS & ERP Management: Oversee real-time data uploading, verification, and monitoring of the candidate lifecycle (mobilization, registration, training attendance, assessment, certification, and placement) on the official DDU-GKY online portal.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead state or center-level MIS executives, guiding them to reconcile daily attendance, batch performance, and trainer deployment data.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure data integrity and documentation readiness for internal/external audits, third-party evaluations, and reviews by State Rural Livelihoods Missions (SRLM) and central ministries.
• Performance Analytics: Track project key performance indicators (KPIs), identify data gaps or lagging training centers, and generate periodic MIS dashboards and reports for senior management.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

• Education: Post-graduation or Graduation in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, MCA, MBA, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 3 to 8+ years of professional experience in management information systems (MIS), data analytics, or database administration, ideally within government skill development schemes (DDU-GKY, PMKVY, NSDC).
• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel, database management, ERP operations, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), and strong familiarity with DDU-GKY guidelines and SOPs.
