About Digital Nexon

We're a marketing agency based in Sector 2, Noida. We run paid ad campaigns for clients across different industries, and every campaign produces a lot of numbers: spend, leads, costs, payouts. Someone has to keep that data clean, accurate, and easy to read. That's this role.

The Role

We're hiring an MIS Intern to work behind the scenes of our media buying team. You won't run ads, but the buyers will depend on your reports to decide what to scale and what to stop.

You will:

• Collect daily data from ad platforms, trackers, and sheets, and keep it organized
• Build and update daily and weekly performance reports (spend, leads, CPL, ROI)
• Maintain and clean Google Sheets / Excel trackers, and catch errors or mismatches
• Prepare simple dashboards and summaries for the team and management
• Reconcile numbers across sources and flag anything that doesn't add up
• Support the team with data pulls, tracking, and documentation

The Fixed Details (check each one honestly before applying)

• Level: Intern. Freshers are welcome.
• Location: Sector 2, Noida, on-site. Not remote, not hybrid. Apply only if the daily commute is realistic for you.
• Working hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Our team works on evening timings, so this shift is fixed. Think about the 1 AM commute home before you apply, not after.
• Stipend: 10,000–15,000/month
• Duration: 3 months, with a full-time offer for strong performers
• Start: Immediate joiners preferred

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP at minimum)
• Strong attention to detail, since one wrong number can change a decision
• Someone organized and consistent who finishes daily reports on time, every day
• Decent written English for reports and updates
• The habit of figuring things out yourself before asking

Preferred (will be prioritized, not mandatory):

• Knowledge, skills, or experience in tech or digital marketing
• Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) or tracking tools
• Basic knowledge of dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI), SQL, or automation tools
• Any previous MIS, data entry, reporting, or analytics work, even from a course or internship

• You're not comfortable working with spreadsheets and numbers all day
• You can't work on-site from Noida, or the 1 AM commute isn't feasible for you
• The 4 PM to 1 AM shift doesn't genuinely suit you
• You're looking for a remote or part-time role, or you're currently in another job or internship
